Sarah is an experienced infrastructure delivery and construction management specialist. Sarah brings close to 20 years of infrastructure development, delivery and construction management experience to CaSE. Sarah is recognised for her creative, collaborative, and transparent approach to connect project stakeholders, and excels at developing innovative solutions to drive complex project delivery. Her construction experience bridges the gap between developing concept proposals to project procurement and delivery, generating and capturing successful ideas and opportunities.
Sarah has a strong ability to understand the needs of the client, of contract and governance documents, and identified guiding values and principles. She will work in partnership with the client and other stakeholders to develop best-for- project, quality solutions, and exceed client expectations. She has passion and commitment to the community as the end- user where services are being improved and enjoys connecting her professional career learnings to her local community involvement, most recently in a volunteer directorship role at a community-based non-profit organisation.
